Washable ones are the way to go. I have both of the types of pee pad holders for the disposable ones. I still had problems.
I don't have any problems with them moving the washable pads around or tearing them up. I would definitely recommend them.
Another thing I have done (if you have the right size table and pads) is put a pad under my grooming table (since it is small enough and heavy enough) with all four legs on the pad. They really can't move it that way. Just a thought. Also I have put them in the expen with the pen holding down 3 sides, again you have to have the right sizes of pen and pads to do it. But it really helped.
