We aren't instead city limits.........we live WAAAAAAAY out in the country, but are lucky to have a rural trash pick up person!!!
So, people can have anything........AND believe me...I have seen people use a lot of things for their trash "cans"
DH made a big box out of cedar to match our house...even though, we can't see it from our house, but everyone who drives by (although not many since we live close to the end of a dead end country road) can see it....and I am a freak about things looking good around the house!
