I have an Elna, which I love but very expensive, have had it for many years.

I did get a machine through Sears last year, my plans were to volunteer to teach children in our area to learn sewing. This is the one I chose for them to use, it is really nice and for the money a terrific buy. You will be so happy in learning to sew, the machine will pay for itself in no time at all.
