No, ever since we saw the no dogs sign like at least 6-8 months ago, we just haven't been there lately. I used to like them more than Lowe's. I would have thought it was due to liability problems, like people's big dogs (and I've seen many) biting a customer or something... That's pretty darn irresponsible of people not cleaning up their doggy's poop. I guess big dogs have BIG pees too. I could try next time we go around those parts, I feel really bad for Yoda when we get thrown out though. It just feels so wrong and sad...
It's my personal opinion that you should be able to bring your Yorkie anywhere besides restaurants if you hold your Yorkie with you and they don't pee or poop all over the place. I could see the business point of view, where if your dog peed on their carpet, it'd cost them money to clean and makes the place look bad and perhaps smell. I guess it's the irresponsible ones that ruin it for the rest of us... |
I have been to U village several times as my daughter goes to U of WA . .I have brought Tiger for a walk there and it was really nice . . . quite the pet friendly place.
for the most part dogs in carriers seem to be okay to get into most places. However I noticed that there are more signs put up that says "service dogs only" and when I asked they said it is because some staff are allergic to dog hair
.. our post office no longer allows dogs as well as my favorite store Joann's . . even if annika is in a carrier
