I don't know if I can help or not, but our one little boy gets distracted when he goes out to potty. Squirrels, birds or whatever. So I have to remind him to go potty. And then he's like, (Oh!) good thinking mom. Because he has come in on occasion and pottied. It is funny and it's hard to scold. I guess for him to much to do out there.
