I think she should be very happy if she can just get the vaccination records/papers... Its seems that the person she's dealing with might be a little untrustworthy...and getting a health gaurentee and a contract at this point are kinda useless, only because she's already had the pup for more than a week... and most health gaurentees/contracts are only recognized if you have the vet examine the dog within a certain time frame (72 hrs +) But, Im by far not an expert on this stuff, but I really hope everything works out for em'
