She is very young to be away from her mother. Most breeders prefer to wait until they are 12 weeks old. How much does she weigh? Has she been tested for coccidia and giardia? Both will cause runny stool and could potentially be dangerous. Did the breeder give you any type of health guarantee when you purchased the pup? I hope she will be okay...they are delicate little babies sometimes.
