Are you trying to train him to go on wee pads as well as outside? I think some times that gets a little confusing. I take mine out every hour when I'm trying to train them to potty outside. Sometimes you have to stand out there for a while until they finally go, but it's worth the wait if you can catch them in the act, and then praise like crazy. Do you keep him crated all the time? You might want to close him off in a specific area to give him a little room to exercise. Hope this helps. Just hang on to your patience. Piper was 3 when he finally got the idea, and now he never goes in the house.
