yea,they had until yesterday to respond they never did ofcourse. i then called paypal, and they closed the file because it wasnt dont thru ebay, they give buyers protection. so i'm screwed.
i guess i'll have to see if they do in fact send me a check in the mail.
just for kicks... emails they have sent me....

We HAVE your dogs in our custody. The mother is healthy, and the puppy, unfortunately is not. I AM NO LONGER GOING TO PUT UP WITH ANY MORE LIES AND PROMISES. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND PROMISED MY DOGS 3 TIMES. AND THEN LIED TO AGAIN JUST YESTERDAY ABOUT THE DOG BEING VACCINATED AND HEALTHY. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF "RESCUE" YOU'RE RUNNING BUT I DO KNOW THAT YOU GO GUYS GO ONLINE AND RUN UP ADS UNDER DIFFERENT RESCUE NAMES.
