I had only suggested an attorney if things don't go well with the rental company tommorow. I would make the rental company fax their intentions to you with a signature for your records.
I always like to have a couple of ideas.
Small claims court is an option, one I didn't think about because it usually takes a long time to get a court date (at least here, we had to take a subcontractor to Small Claims and it took 6 months to get a court date and another 6 weeks after that to get reimbursed)
Do you happen to know the owner of the house contact info?You could always call the owner and let them know what is happening with the company representing their rental.
They do have to be Insured and bonded for the type of business they own.
