A weak puppy is a cold puppy it cant generate its own heat so you need to get it heated...nutridrops or karo and heat can help revive it in some cases...all depends on how weak it is...

I have used the heating pad on low and wrapped in a blanket, always in a corner of the whelping box. but have not experienced a cold puppy before..so I am learning something new yet again.
