Villette- I'm sure everything will be fine. I can imagine how you feel. I left Olivia at the groomer on Saturday morning and nearly cried when I got to the car because she gave me a pleading look like "Mom, please don't leave me here!"
I'm sending positive thoughts your way for a successful surgery and Olivia has her paws crossed that all goes well.
Let us know when you get the call that Cheri is out of surgery.
