It's so ridiculous that they actually even pretend to be a legit rescue. They are so unprofessional.
"As far as the other "people" you have found, one of them HAS THEIR DOG, just not their paperwork". They use this as a legit excuse? Oh, I see, I have my dog. Clearly that means that your work is done, regardless of not holding up to the agreement of providing medical records and neutering services.
Anyone who is running a real rescue cares about their dogs wellbeing. These people clearly do not. I wouldn't be surprised if Ann and Sara are the same person posing under different identities for the sake of making their scam look legit.
When problems do arise, a real rescue will actually answer your calls and emails (I called and emailed probably 50 times before starting to get angry and threatening). They will talk to you and address your concerns, instead of ignoring you or giving you attitude.
