I do my girls every time they get a bath. I just put them in the shower with the long hose and soak them down, express and then rinse them and the wall off! LOL!! then i shampoo them all really good and make sure to massage that area really well. I have never had a problem with them scooting or leaking this way! They don't know any different as it is part of their routine.
