My dad recently bought a new car from a small dealership and now he's finding out that the guy who owned the dealership committed a bunch of fraud and has declared bankruptcy. The car that my dad bought has a lein on it (money still owing on the car) and the dealership's credit company wants to repossess the car
It's completely unfair, as my dad paid for this car and now it must be taken away for no fault of my dad's. I was just wondering if anybody here has been through a problem like this and has any advice or thoughts? Anything would be helpful, thanks in advance!
