There is a diagram on the Shooters webpage under FAQs that illustrates how to tape the ears. I believe this is the one I followed for Chloe, along with keeping ears trimmed about half way down, front and back, massaging her ears to build up strength and putting dry Carnation milk on her food, since it is a calcium issue. Within a few days her ears came up and never dropped again. At the time I did not know about teething affecting the ears and I don't recall the age of Chloe but it was young, right after I got her, so I'd say about 3 months old. But, as Teri points out on the website, after a week, remove the tape and reapply if needed, do not keep on more than a week.
