Okay I just read a little further...so estatic to know I'm not the only one who has had to resort ot an apt. with a small herd of Yorkies
...we are on the second floor and have a balcony it has a wood fence built close but is open at the end with stairs...blah so we are going for walks 2-3 times a day and yes its chilly here..what are others using on the balcony for them to potty on??? Please I'm desperate
