Just be patient with him. Just be thankful that he will go outside to pee and that he is not hiking his leg on everything in your home. With my situation it took a coupal of months of consistency before my yorkie was completely trained.

She has only had 1 accident in the last year and that was just recently she is expecting pups and I just didn't get her outside quick enough. It can be a very slow but rewarding process. Just continually praise him when he does what you want him to do.
