All mine get bathed every Friday, a good brushing about 3 times a week on usually a dry coat.
On Thanksgiving my daughter dressed them all up in their outfits and they looked so cute. I took the shirts off after dinner but the next morning I noticed matted hair at the roots everywhere the shirt "ends" were, especially on the front legs
It took me hours with a leave in conditioner to comb out the tiny mats on all of them. I have been trying to grow out their coats so no more doggie clothes
