Ok what is a Kong please, I need to know.
Your puppy is still teething and she will chew if she's bored. You say the chewing occurs when your daughter is watching her...she could correct the chewing by stopping her and redirecting her to something acceptable to chew on but you have to catch her when she does it. It only takes a little while, but consistancy, to correct the problem. Have you had her teeth checked to make sure all of her puppy teeth came out on their own? Maybe she has some stubborn ones in there that need to be removed by the vet.

A Kong is a hard rubber chew toy that you put treats or food inside...it makes them work for their treat and keeps them occupied.
