You need to get a camera that has a Lithium-Ion battery and a quick charger. My battery lasts for days and days ...Quote: |

But, looking through the viewfinder wasn't any better....the camera went dead in about 7 minutes! I even purchased the AAA Kodak rechargeables, and it was the same. |
I went through the AA and AAA battery routine, not worth the aggravation.

However, I would really like one that catches the picture right away b/c I also have tons of pictures of Monday and Friday walking away ....

The cameras I now have are NOT expensive, the SONY is an older model, but works great!
I have a SONY P-200 (Powered by Lithium-ion battery (NP-FR1); connects to PCs and Macs via USB 2.0)
and an Olympus F-230 (which I got for free from my bank when I rolled over an IRA) ... cannot beat FREE!!!!

The Olympus is so small I carry it with me all the time ... it has a 2.5 inch screen but NO viewfinder ... so far I have not missed the viewfinder ... The SONY has a 2 inch screen.

Good luck ... and anyone who can find a digital camera that lets you snap 1-2-3 quickly, please let me know ....

The first 2 pictures are the Olympus and the last 2 pictures are the SONY.
