I know it's hard, I've faced a similar situation myself and I couldn't go through with taking the puppy

I kept thinking... I'll save this life and then there will be another and another just like her in the situation and it will never stop.

I called the ASPCA and did the best I could to get her operation shut down. Unfortunately I lost track of the status so I'm not sure what they did. I do know they fined her and confinscated some of the dogs.

I prayed so hard for an answer, but I just kept thinking about the dogs parents, the other breeding dogs, all the future litters that would never have a good home or safe place and I focused on getting the ASPCA to step in and help.
