Let me tell you a story. One day, I went into a pet store that I don't usually visit, looking for special treats for one of my cats. As I was walking back to the cat treat isle, I heard this little MEOW. I looked down and here was this scrawny, tiny Himalayan kitten, just adorable. He looked at me and Meowed, as if to say, "Hey nice lady, please take me home!". That's all it took. I held him for a bit, looked for the treats then headed to the cashier. The guy at the register said "Do you know how much that kitten costs?" I said, "I don't care" and pulled out my credit card. The next day I had that little baby at the vet and started him on supplemental feedings with formula, every 3 hours around the clock. The vet really did not think he would make it. Today, he is healthy, happy and the most loving darling kitty. You would never know he had such a rough start. As it turns out, he came from a kitten mill in Montana, was taken from his cat mom way too soon and was literally starving to death at the pet store. I am so happy that little guy found me.

Long story short, get the dog.
