I know how you feel, this is a tough one for sure, My joey was in the same sisuation, He was not being taken care of, living on the floor in a cold basement, cages of alot of other puppies, His price was no where near that amount, she clamied he was being discounted because of his age ( 4mths ) he is akc and a very beautiful babie, But to this day he is still very shy and submisive, I tryed to leave that day without him, got in my car to leave, didnt even make it out of there driveway before i went back him and brought him home, I followed my heart and iam very happy i did
