most anti-histamines are going to make her drowsy.
if you get the test and the allergy shots made (pricey i bet) then she is suppose to get them on a set schedule. You can give them at home if your up to it. Its a simple sub-q injection. I think at first they get it every so many days, then every week, then every two weeks, then every month, etc...
