Ok, I've got one that a friend at work makes and it is wonderful. It is equal parts finely chopped sweet onion, grated swiss cheese and Helmans mayonaise. You have to use Helmans he said or it becomes oily and seperates. Mix together and pop it in the oven to heat, gets a nice light brown ontop. This is the best! Serve with Tortilla chips or crackers.
