I was like this toward my boyfriend when we first got Riley. I didnt want Ryan doing anything with Riley. The main reason was because I was so afraid that something would happen to Riley accidentally. I trust my boyfriend, but to me, I thought Riley wasn't safe unless it was me feeding him or holding him. I've finally gotten past it. My boyfriend and I also fought about all that stuff. That maybe why he is so protective toward your little pup.
