Please don't become discouraged if you see results...and then those results seem to die down. Basically, you have to change your routine at this point. Our bodies are incredible machines and "it" adapts quickly to what you're doing. It learns what you tell it to do and over time becomes more efficient at it. Therefore you have to change your routine a bit in order to "trick" your body. Try different exercises, different angles, different amounts of resistance, etc. That is how your muscles will grow and you will continue to see results.
