The first thing I want to say is Congrats on your little one...you have made a great choice and are very lucky to have the love of a yorkie in your life!!!
Now, I would say you need to do whatever is comfortable for you, I personally let my girls sleep in bed with us...we waited until they were a little older and bigger so we knew they would be okay!!! If you decide to crate train that is great, it has worked for so many...
For the biting, that is puppy...if you tell them NO!!! and give them a toy they will eventually break the habit...it takes time and constantly!!!
Most importantly, have fun and enjoy all your little one has to offer...
