 permanent make up
My friends mother is being trained to apply/tatoo eyeliner and lips. While she is being certified she is offering to do this for free with her certified trainer present. A lot have signed up to do this but i am too chicken. Any one have this done?? positive or negative? How much pain is there? I know it is quite expensive and this would be for free! |
