I guess I feel when it comes right down to it on rehoming, if it is going to happen it is going to happen and the only thing I can do is help someone out, not make them feel bad about choices they've made or situations out of their control. I truly believe if placed in a loving home where all their needs will be met, the dog will live out a happy, healthy life. They aren't going to sit there and mope for us until the day they die. I do believe in a strong bond between our dogs and us, but at the end of the day I'm sure they could he happy with others as well. |
