I posted on another grooming thread about a couple in NJ who now has one of my pups. This exact thing happened to them. Their groomer burned their yorkie to death in a cage dryer and has no responsibility other than the replacement cost of the dog. I find it astounding that this kind of negligence exists and cost is the limit of their liability! |
