By the time I DO go to the vet for an ultrasound (around 50 days) it's for reasons other that to find out concretely if the female is prego.
Generally, I can tell weeks prior and if I'm unsure. No decision I would need to make regarding pre-natal care would hinge on a definate 'yes' or 'no' from the vet so for me it would relly be a pointless visit.
