I know years ago, my one time doctor prescribed these......phentersomething...which was the generic form of Adipex. They did work great........but I gained back most of my weight because he just stopped me cold turkey......I read online that the doctors were suppose to wean you off of them....lowering your dosage, etc because they are addictive, etc. AND with that being said....you are only suppose to take them for 2-3 months at the full dosage.....but I don't know. They were great....I had soooo much energy...and I ate right and loved it and I exercised all the time.....now, I am back to BLAH!!!!
Good luck......I try to stay away from pills anymore...but I HEAR YA.....and I would love to hear what everyone else says too!
