Hmmm...well, may I ask why you are insisting on kibble? Bc they don't have to have it - it does not "clean teeth" as the myth goes (just like eating crunchy stuff doesn't clean our teeth - just gets stuck in our teeth like in our dogs).
If it were me, I'd get him off the RC bc if his itching is increasing - he is allergic and this could progress to worse things: digestive issues, obsessive paw licking/arm biting, hot spots, skin issues - all kinds of messes.
I'd either just feed the food rolls and give some chew thingys for teeth. Or, if you want him to have kibble, choose the best you can find and mix well w/ the food roll. I'd recommend Innova Evo, Orijen, Nature's Variety Instinct, Evangers - stuff like that. Hope you find something that works!
