I have been taking my yorkie to this groomer since he was a baby and we always had this one lady that did all his grooming needs and she did FANTASTIC. i took him to get groomed today and when i picked him up i was mortified! she completely shaved his ears and it looked like she did not even trim his body. his face and hinney looked good but, nothing else was touched besides his ears were bare! i said something and come to find out it was not the normal woman she had quit a week ago and she has another woman in there that has "BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS!" i'm so unhappy and really do not want to take him somewhere else. finally down to my question! are there and good DVD's or books on step by step yorkie grooming? i would much rather do it myself i did my pomeranian when i had him but, those are 2 different coat types! ANY SUGGESTIONS? please help me LOL!
