When I first got my two they were very little , I didnt have a crate I just slept on the floor with them for 2 nites and after that they have both been in my bed with me and Hubby, We still dont own a crate. As for the biting, Thats normal, all puppies and kittys bite they are just playing and dont know how hard they bite some times, the biting will go away when it gets a little older, like some of the others has already said just replace what hes biting with a toy.
