it is one thing to call about an ad and offer $100 less... i seem to get the people that call/e-mail and say "what's the best you can do?" .. um.. excuse me?! I listed my price, what do you mean the best i can do? Like someone else said.. if it is a wonderful home, I'll come down on asking price.. but I'm not giving them to the first person with money in my face... but i agree to walk up to you at a store, "make an offer", and tell you they have FISH (lol)..
