A new surrounding, without familar smells, sounds and litter mates is what he is suffering through. Let him sleep with you I have 5 sleep with me everynight. Place pillows on the floor around the bed in case he decides he wants to get down (this is not usually the case though) him sleeping with you also trains not to pee and hold it through the night

Cant agree with you on the first point I cant imagine the fear the little ones must go through flying of course (some) will be traumatized. But totally agree with you on the second.I had to laugh at the pillows around the bed because thats whats around my bed at the moment.Couldnt imagine my baby not sleeping with me Its all personal choice.
