I think he is completely back to normal. His stools have been normal since last nigh and his appetite is great. He even ran around and played with the other dogs last night and he slept through the night. Now I'm just left with my fear of seizures down the road because I've heard head injuries can cause them but that's because I'm a worry wart.

This past Saturday my neighbors got a good look at me being my finest....let Izzy out to potty (in our totally fenced in yard so I thought)...went to let her in..no Izzy....called and called her...I panicked....out in my pink robe, red jammie pants, black slippers, hair stickin out and no makeup...running up and down the street calling for her and then my DH came out to help and we almost started to get to the car to drive around the block and he went back in the yard and there was Izzy behind the garage where she cornered a squirrel.

Do you have to take him back to the vets for a follow-up or anything?
Oh I bet you were scared to death! I'm so glad Izzy was found quickly and safely. It's funny how when we're worried about our babies, all vanity is quickly forgotten. It was Saturday afternoon before I realized I had a big rat's nest knot sticking out of the back of my head.
They said that as long as he was continuing to improve, there was no need for a follow up. He's back to normal so we're in the clear.

I really appreciate all of the concerns for Sugar. It makes me feel so good to have so many people asking about him and sending well wishes.
