I think I will start my own Yorkie registry...MSY.."My Spoiled Yorkie"..
Send me $25 and I will send you a certificate...and I will work on a show for 2008..of course the Yorkies will have to be shown in evening gowns and act totally spoiled...

Seriously, anyone can start a registry and make any rules they want...
