A term that reputable breeders use for those wee ones that are small...
Most reputable breeders will not sell these wee lil ones, but place them in homes where the new owners are expierenced in handling wee ones. The reason for this is that these breeders know the possibility exists of more vet bills than usual. That doesn't mean that the wee ones will always have have medical problems.....but, why take the chance of selling heart ache.

A term used by those breeders that are attempting to exploit these wee ones for more money. You will see on various breeder's web sites, that the asking price will increase the smaller the dog is (weight).

The best thing to do is to make the public aware of this type of situation so, they can make an informed decision when searching for their breeder and new puppy to add to their family.
