Sammy does this. I hate it. He's 8 months old now. I try ignoring him when I get home (Which is REALLY HARD TO DO!!!
and taking him to the newspaper or outside, he won't pee and then comes back to me and pees on the floor anywhere he wants. Also, I noticed a couple of times, I am playing fetch with him or something, and he will just stop and look at me and pee right in front of me as I'm looking. Any help please??!thanks
