I told the groomer I wanted Gwen to get a puppy cut from her neck down, and leave the front alone, so what do they do. They trim the front and barely touch the back. I said that's not what I wanted. The women told me we thought it would look better this way. I told her that's nice, walked out without paying and told her she lost my business. Why can't they just listen.
