I'm sorry to hear that your MIL didn't give in. I feel the same way you do, if my yorkies are not welcome, then I'm not welcome. Thanksgiving is a holiday to rejoice in the things we are thankful for and be with the ones we love. Two of the biggest things I am thankful for are my boys, and I couldn't be away from them on Thanksgiving.
