I had read that plucking hair from the ears is a normal part of grooming. We always had that done with our Maltese (or I did it at home), and he never complained about it. I just think Logan's reaction went beyond the normal fear of first-time grooming. He seemed genuinely harmed by the experience, and I won't go back. The groomer told me as Logan was screaming, "You can't let the crying stop you." |
