I would say never take him there again...I have had many similar experiences with my babies and now I just groom them myself. Also, I read that he ear hair does not need to be plucked unless i has posed some kind of an issue or infection before. I use to have the groomer or vet pluck the hairs but since I have stopped I have no had any issues and no sad/scared/confused Yorkies. Good luck! Send him many Yorkie hugs and kisses from us
