I wish she had long hair... but her hair doesn't really grow and she doesn't really have a lot of hair... I'm hoping the groomer knows..

Do you guys know how I can get her to have a lot more hair and get it to grow? I feed both of my dogs Innova so I don't think its what I'm feeding them?

Also, I'm not sure if this is the wrong question..but the hair in her head has turned silvery is there anyway to use a shampoo that will keep her hair dark.. I've seen shampoos for dogs with black hair??? I'f prefer if she stayed black and brown? I still love my baby don't get my wrong!!! :0) I hope no one gets offended by that question..
