This is awful! I'm so sorry this happened to you... I don't know that your bank will be able to do anything this late in the game... It also sounds like you did not take the loan out on the truck, but paid it in full and the loan is on your house... Your only real chance is going to be sueing them in civil court if you can find them... I wish you the best of luck!
