He said if they own the car there is nothing you can do about it. It really is their property. He said you could hire an attorney but doubts that would help.

I would think that technically they sold you stolen property so you could go after them for that. It is against the law to sell you a car that doesnt have a clean title. I mean they cant sell you a car that THEY don't own.
I think this is where the attorney could help but you will be shelling out more money!!! So so sorry this happened to you!

I think maybe i should file a police report. I don't know what that will do but i'm sure i should.

My hubby is going to take off the new tires we just put on it and the camper shell. Theyre going to need a tow truck to take it.
